Installing DVIN -1 analyzes the elemental composition of substances and can detect more than 30 explosives ( HE) : TNT , trinitrobenzene , dazin , geksanitrostilben , PVV- 5a , TC, TATB , RDX , okfol , TG50 , A -IX- 3T, DHF -24 , izopropilnitrat , okfel -20 , OLA - 8T seysmon , AO -70, PENTOLITE , POE -85, TG -16 , TM tokaf , tetryl , nitrate, ammonite ammonite -19, POE -7 , TEN , TA- 23 and their drop-in combination. Its main advantage over gas analyzers is that it allows to determine not only the fact of the possible presence of explosives , but its exact position of the object inspection.
Unlike X-ray television systems detection of hazardous substances DVIN -1 installation is automatic , unattended operation.
High penetration of fast neutrons allows inspection of objects without opening them and detect explosives found in dense or sealed packaging .
The installation can be configured to detect chlorine, phosphorus , potassium, and used to control the highly toxic substances.
In the passive mode, when the neutron source is turned off , setting DVIN -1 can be used as a detector of the radioactive substances.
The system is controlled remotely by a single operator , whose task is to install only the positioning of an object with respect to inspection and start the measurement process. The remaining steps for the detection of explosives manufactured in automatic mode.
